is it just me or are the club just wasting days where more and more tickets could be getting punted?

I think thats a shambles! Killie are just throwing their tickets away at any numbers, this means that most of their tickets won't be going to actual supporters (meaning the hibees will create a better atmosphere i suppose

) So they will use up their full allocation of 18,000, meaning only around 3,000 for non hibees st holders!

I suppose they're only doing it because they wouldnt expect to sell their allocation with ticket restrictions

There certainly should, one of the telecom acts lays out the wording, print size etc. I'm really debating on whether or not to report this to Trading Standards, not the first time the club hasn't followed the rules, mainly use of database info etc
