You know, I had some doubt about Ivan, he seemed to have lost his way a bit earlier this season? Recently the lad not only has shone as a player, controlling his temper, pacing his runs better and improving his passing, but his off field behaviour is very admirable and like a few before him, has very much become an ardent Hibby.

Some of the younger lads should watch and learn from him.

That whole interview is great stuff. Ivan's a legend and a loyal team player not a mercenary.

And I bet you never hear him calling two grand a week "peanuts". The guy knows where he's come from and what his mates back home are earning.

He's got both feet on the ground but the only problem is they move too fast for Hun defenders to kick.

It just makes me even more annoyed when Tmumson and Brown show no respect to Hibs at all and think earning upwards of 2 grand a week is a disgrace

Ivan shows far more maturity and I respect him far far far far far far more than I respect Broon and Tmumson who I have just about lost every bit of respect I had for them.

Ivan has shown that there are still some people in the game with a love for football and some loyalty and to him contracts are worth the paper they are written on. Broon and Thompson should get pumped down south for as much as possible and not get the old firm moves they are looking for.
