If you go on to the official HFC site you'll find a list of supporters clubs & contacts. Dont know what part of Surrey you're in but there is the London hibs supporters club

There's at least 3 of us in the Kingston area (that's how many turned up to watch the recent Dons game at the Willoughby) and a guy called Surrey Hibs posts on dot net.
