Does anyone know how many minutes he's spent on the pitch this season? And how many he's scored? He must have a brilliant strike rate.

For a midfielder in less than half a season that is brilliant tally. Will have done himself no harm today, and hopefully will get some more chances.

His finish was superb as was the build up play leading to it. Well done Deano, hopefully he can get more playing time now.

Agreed, he should be starting over Zemamma every week IMO. Maybe not quite as skillful as Zemamma but brings much more to the team IMO, including a goal threat.

im a big fan of deano's, he reads a game well and certainly knows where the back of the net is. perhaps he should have been put on with 20/30 minutes to go?, the game was won

one part of his game id like to see him improve is turning into a real winner, too often he doesnt go into the 50/50 balls hard enough or if he loses possesion doesnt try hard enough to regain it.

maybe im being to hard on him, we just won 6-1, and he scored after being on the park a few minutes!!

im a bit concerned that the tangoman will be sniffing round in jauary again
