Email sent to Keith Jackson.....

I realise I've only posted here once or twice so am undoubtedly a complete unknown in most circles. However, I do check the General Hibs Chat every day.

Anyways, I've fired off an email to Keith Jackson just now in response to another pathetic piece of lazy journalism.

I won't hold my breath for a response;


Mr Jackson,

Do you never, ever tire of making a monumental arse of yourself ?

Kevin Thomson and Scott Brown to Rangers ? Are you mental ? Have you got no facts at all to present ?

Why are the Record employing someone who can't be arsed to even get official quotes or research the utter drivel that he types ?

Charlton ? They are now managerless. So unless the Addicks are run by a clone of Mad Vlad, I would suggest you are typing out of your rear-end on that score.

As for Rangers.......they would be unable to afford one of those players, never mind two of them. It's clear for all and sundry to see that you have a deep affinity with the Gers. It's also clear to see that you detest any team who even threatens to challenge your beloved little teams from Glasgow.

If you bothered to even read your rag, you would see that Kevin Thomson has proclaimed his wish to extend his stay at Easter Road, as has Scott Brown.

So what, in the name of God has made you waken up on Wednesday morning and think you could get away with a story like that ?

If I even bothered to read your excuse for a tabloid, I would keep a scrapbook of all your "Exclusives" and give you a written report at the end of each year.

I think I've probably chuckled at you more times than I have at the debacle at Tynecastle and trust me, that is some feat.

May I suggest that you do some research before you type. And maybe, maybe, just one day, you could actually get a quote from someone.

"Record Sport understands the Ibrox club will this morning table an offer".........no, no, hold on a second. Record Sport doesn't understand that. You've just had another little wet fantasy over the thought of your favourite little boys in blue once more acting as if they can pick and choose whoever they like for as little money as possible.

It's tiring, predictable and quite frankly, boring.

Give it in my little West Coast friend. Any more of this and I fear your Editor might move you to the Movie Review column.
