Selling players

Ok we dont have to, but to be realistic a 3 year deal will still likely see players sold 18 months into term etc. We dont need to sell while we have the players but if they leave they need to be replaced and most often that will cost money. So great that Brown, Thompson etc probably wont go in January but Id think something will happen by the end of next season at the latest. Its something we are used to but we cant afford players to go for nothing on the regular basis it has been happening, especially when the cost of nurturing players is taken into account.If they get left to the last 14 months or so, then very likely they will let their contracts run down. That said no manager can actually make a player go to another club and money might never come in.
