Re: Predictions for tommorow

It will be a hard game to win without Scott Brown and Chris Killen. Apart from when they played Motherwell a few weesk ago, Killie seem to have had the measure of most SPL teams, and they will be hard opponents tomorrow. I still think we are well short of firepower, and with Killen out I think Collins will change the shape a wee bit and go with two strikers probabaly Benji and Fletcher. Not ideal, but we need more shots on goal from the midfield players.

I think Hibs can squeeze out a win though. I'll go for 2-1 to Hibs.

Pretty excited about tommorow, Greenmachine talks to much sense all the time, pretty much agree with his thoughts, Hibs will have lots of possession, Killlie dangerous on the break, 2-1 Hibs.

I am excited about a new beginning tomorrow...interested to see whether Collins will have implemented any new ideas or whether different players will get more of a go? Probably wont change much just yet tho...Hibs to win 2 1

Gary Wales is out as well, he's scored a few goals for them but he's had a wee op and is out for about 3 weeks

Still think it'll be a tough one though!

Aye, I think a few people are getting a bit too excited about JC. He's done nothing yet. Killie will be wanting to spoil the party.

I'm not sure that JC has had the time to really affect things for this game! and I'm not goin' to pass judgement on him until he's had a good chance to get his feet under the table.

Admittedly though people do get carried away and as I referred to on a previous thread are starting to think we have a divine right to win! remember Killie are playing well and beat Hertz 2-0 at PBS.

There were loads of folk last week saying that nothing less than a win at Aberdeen would be good enough! I said I'd settle for a draw and by 85 mins I was praying for one!! yet still people have high expectations!

Temper the expectations folks. They've already done us this season and did a job on the Gunts last week.I'd like to think 2-0 to the Cabbage, but don't be surprised that with Killen & Brown missing a 1.0 reverse may be on the cards

Hibbys a do not care what team we play , who in goals, who the gaffer is, what the score is aslong as we get three point, we need this win, lost a good chance in sheepland so if we slip up here then not got much hope for rest of season but trying to keep faith! MON THE CABBAGE

Trying to be optimistic but, with key players missing, I'd be happy with a draw - 2-2 for me.

We haven't the same advantage we did with Moggas first SPL match. We caught out most teams in the league that season as they had been used to Hibs being crap. Then we came out of the blocks the way we did and the whole country sat up and took notice. We don't have that kind of surprise anymore so JC needs time to get the team playing his way and the results will come. Killie are no mugs and a draw wouldn't be a bad result for us just now. Still hope we stuff them big style though even if it's just to see that yam JJ's face at the after match press conference:YAYYY:

I'm with you mate! I feel very confident about today. Killen's been banging in the goals and will be missed but benji can do just as good a job. Deano brings something different to the team compared to scott brown but I'd love to see him start cos I feel he has alot to offer....if he does start I think he'll score today. Mon the Hibs. Good luck to JC and TC!
