What Better Way To Welcome JC Than Selling Out V Killie & tHe Gunts?

3 points v Killie and knocking out the Gunts of the Cup at ER in front of a Bouncing ER.

Cannae believe we've not yet sold out v The Gunts.

JC is going to take us to the next level. Sure of it.

Re: What Better Way To Welcome JC Than Selling Out V Killie & tHe Gunts?

Well said Smurf. Unfortunately it'll be Ceefax for me on both occasions but any Hibbie living in Scotland should be there, provided they can afford it (I'm well aware that as we're now in the festive, I mean commercial orgy, I mean rip-off season there are many fathers who'd like to take their kids to all the games but have to financially prioritise). Regardless, there are enough Hibbies that a gate of 15K plus on Saturday should be assured. And the only spaces next week will be those that grow through the game, i.e. the skates' pathetic turnout and those that walk as another Hibs goal waltzes past Gordon.

CIS game is on BBC1 Scotland (channel 971) if you've got access to Sky.

7 Tatts - I live down South as well and have not had any problems with games being blocked on BBC Scotland on Sky this year. You should be ok...enjoy the game!

Cheers Gav. You wouldn't believe the feckin' problems the old man's had with his pay-per-view Setanta though. I've got the bus to his (he lives in a wee town 14 miles from Cardiff) a couple of times and ended up listening to Radio Scotland's coverage of the game.

Apparently, you can get Setanta's full Scottish coverage for 15 squid a month. Something to consider.

Due to work commitments now I struggle to get up more than a couple of times a year for games ..usually Xmas/New Year and one other time. For me (an I know a lot of fans despise Setanta) as an exiled Hibby getting the Setanta as been a Godsend. The highlights package and a couple of other shows are pretty good although it's not anywhere near Sky's standard of coverage. You also get games from the Dutch, German, Serie A etc so good for keeping an eye on our signing targets (aye right).

All in all if it's the only way I'm going to see the games I think it's worth having as in days gone by I was once reduced to phoning my old man and getting him to put the phone beside the radio in Scotland so I could listen to the game..My missus would go radio rental when the bills came in!!
