Forget the 'left Sydney FC' bit..he got emptied.

He was on $700,000 a season, and was told he could stay on but only after they cut his money by more than half.

This would be a BAD choice..he patrolled the sideline like the coach of a 14 year old team, clutching a clip board.

Sydney won the league because they threw a shitload of money at it..this season they have reduced their budget and have been found out..to the point where Terry Butcher is already facing the sack.

Littbarski was not well thought of by the players nor behind the scenes....this would be a huge mistake.

IIRC your based in Oz and therefore this isn't just hearsay - I knew all about the sydney pumping loads of cash in to win the league bit....
