what is this guy on? He just said on the news that
'ther is a big gap in the level of football from scotland. the old firm would maybe be contenders here in the championship, but hibs are a young side, so its questionable how good they would do down here.'*

did hibs not just pish all over celtic in the 1st half at parkhead and beat rangers?

I follow the English Leagues and reckon we would hold our own down there. Premiership granted, teams are clinical and we might struggle against them, but the Championship aint no great shakes. Eight Tats or someone who regularly watches games down there might be better placed to comment though

As size of club, maybe... but as a footballing team, at the moment, they are pretty pi*s poor as even a Hun would admit. unless they get their act together they (and Championi League spot) are there for the taking

Championship one of the most boring leagues I've seen. Very few teams with any interest of playing football. Premiership is filled with average players and the championship is very poor.

IMO we'd struggle in the Premiership no doubt, you could see how good a team Charlton in the first half (they changed their whole team at the break remember) were when we played them pre-season, and for me, the fact that they are currently bottom speaks volumes about the quality of the Premiership.

As for the Championship, I've not seen too much of it, but the team that Mowbray has gone to lost to Kilmarnock in pre-seaon, with a full strength team out. I reckon we'd easily be finishing in the top 7-8 each season (with a new goalie of course).

dont like the guy now i feel he lied to us he new there was contact from WBA but said there wasnt and to say this he is just a prick IMO he would have thommo brown zemmama murphy jones whitty in his team down there if he had the chance.
