been buffering for about 30 minutes. never seems to get past about 70 seconds and then it goes back down again. Got a message up saying:

Tvants failed to open the channel with the internal player.
would you please try the default media player?
This behaviour is generally caused by the half-open TCP connection count limitation of the operating system, typically Microsoft windows XP SP2.

We strongly recommend you enlarge this limitation for better network performance and make the internal player work.

Anyone help please?
