Hibs v Hearts

What would be the most nerve-racking game with the best ever atmosphere;

Hibs v Hearts League Decider

or

Hibs v Hearts Relegation Decider

I could handle a league decider a lot easire than a relegation decider I think. At least if we lost a league decider we wouldnt be relegated.

On the other hand though if we won a relegation decider Hearts would be relegated.

Its tougher than I thought

You didnt mention the other one...Scottish Cup Final..........

Re: Hibs v Hearts

I think there would probably be a better atmosphere at a league decider. I'd also prefer that cause although if we lost we'd be gutted that they had won the league we'd still have champions league football next season.

But we'd win anyway

Re: Hibs v Hearts

Losing either of them would be unimaginably bad. Really think I would be hospitalized. Then again i would probably end up hospitalized if we won as well.

Are we more nervous of derby games than they are?

I would think that they are equaly apprehensive about derby's, especially as they are now such a big club.

Re: Hibs v Hearts

there would be a bloodbath through here if we had a relegation play off. One suspects that referees, the s.f.a,spl, polis etc would conspire to avoid such a fixture at all costs.

Re: Hibs v Hearts

Not so sure about having best atmosphere at these games, the semi was suppoosed to be our biggest derby and the atmosphere especially in our end was terrible.

they may feel as we did in bye gone times in as much as ,im sure older hibees will agree, the fixture with them used to be looked on as a garunteed 2(two)points.
