hibs vs celtic
this isn't a very interesting topic, but i was thinking...what will the teams wear? as far as i can see, the only compination of strips that wouldn't clash are hibs in their all-olive-green strip and celtic in their all-white "international" away kit

It probably started away back in the 80's because Hibs wanted to market an away strip but we never clashed with any club in the league so wearing the away strip against Celtic was the only excuse to do so and advertise the strip. Otherwise it would never see the light of day.
Ironically we'd wear a white away strip at Parkhead in the late 80's yet the Celtic strip looks more white than green from a distance thanks to 50% of the top being white and the all-white shorts and socks.
