I raised within such meeting my concern that it's all very well having meetings but the problem is that IMO the majority of Hibby's actually don't quite know what's going on at their club as the club only bothers to tell them what they want to them know. I think i've proven this point with the results on the polls on here, .net and mass hibsteria. Inclusive is the way forward for our support not exclusive. Lots of great well intentioned Hibby's within our support but there does appear to be at times a closed shop mentality in terms of supporter representation. |
