His comments today were enough for me to forgive him for his move to Celtic, his move wasn't one of the usual OF switches which usually insense me as he still made us a couple of million and never kissed the badge or declared his love for the club, simply looked to prove himself in champions league and the like.

"I want to issue an unreserved apology to all Hibs fans as I did not like the colour of strip we had to play in.I was not a happy bunny playing in that colour especially here in front of the Hibs fans."

"Hibs were the club where my career really took off and I met a lot of nice people here. I always wish them all the best and it was great to come back to Easter Road. Celtic are an institution and there is a lot of media coverage in Denmark of them but I follow Hibs more because they are similar club to Odense. They have a strong, small support and have lost a few important players. And I am sad to see that young, strong team getting torn apart. That is a big blow for the manager and it makes it harder for him to qualify for Europe. Clubs such as Hibs and Odense have to try to bring on youngsters or buy good players and if they turn out to be better than expected, then we have to sell them on. It makes it hard to play football and keep a good team. But I wish Hibs every success in the SPL this season and hope they can do better even than the last campaign."

Uli performed very well in the Hibs shirt, earned his big move and was a credit to the Odense team over both legs. Those comments are very warmly received and much appreciated. All the best in the UEFA Cup big man.
