Seen as most of us agree that Zibbi and Brown are crap, what do you think about trying to get Marshall on loan? After all he did say that If he didn't start at smeltic he would want to find a new club. I for one think it would be a good signing he's shown he's a steady keeper. Well one things for sure...he's better than we ' ve got just now. Then again should we give young Andy Mcneil a chance in goals?

david marshall would be a good idea but I dont think celtic would let him go unless they sign a new keeper, Allan mcgregor would be a good signing if we are on the look out for a new keeper.

i want marshall at hibs, and mcneil as 2nd choice. hibs should have done business and said if you want riordan, we'll give you 500k and riordan for marshall

Dont think we will get Marshall, dont think Mogga will be looking for a new keeper and my fears about Brown and Malkoski where proved yesterday when brown failed to hold onto the ball when the other team shot, thats what i am getting really worried about, the goal keepers cant seem to hold onto the ball properly and are always dropping it. We need a new keeper but cant see us getting one. Hibs have always normally had good keepers up until the last few years for some reason.

I'd still rather have Simon Brown as a backup keeper if we do sign someone else dont like the thought of having two very young keepers for some reason.

Exactly what i thought at the time deek went. Last seasons goal keeping was a shambles...one incident comes to mind ( inverness away ) when Zibbi was taking a goal kick and made an arse of it, it went straight to there player an they scored. Both keepers are a joke not just Zibbi.

a thought hibs were getting that the 17 year old hungarian keeper back over to be 2nd choice to mcneil next season

By all accounts, young McNeil is sheer class. I'd stick him right in.

I can only presume its his age that stops him from being played, and in that case, our only option is to sign one cos both Zibbi and Brown are dire.

By dire I mean absolutely no use whatsoever, both in pure goalkeeping skills terms and also confidence-instilling-in-defence terms.

mcneil is to young though, he might be all over the place with lack of confidence and experience.

I seen Mcneil a few time playing for reserves and Scotland under 19's with Fletch and to be honest he is much better than we've got just now. It doesn't really matter about age, when you play football its all about having confidence and andy should have bags of that from the great saves he's pulled off for the reserves this season. Stick him in against a lesser team this season to get confidence and we will see what he can do from there.

Anyone know what has happened to Ally Brown have we let him go. Not seen anything in my local paper that Raith have signed him so where is he ? If McNeil is not going to get a chance id rather we gave him a chance !

We have no chance of getting Marshall Celtic already released details that they would allow him to leave on loan but not to any premier league side
