I reckon he'd do a job for us. Mogga always gets the best out of players, plus the fact he's only 22.
Take it he's still in contract though ? If so, it would probably mean a couple of players from ER going in the other direction.

If Hearts want him, Hearts will get him if he still has a year left on his contract because whereas the player may choose to go where he'd be more likely to play/have a leading role the club will accept the offer frm the highest bidder and it would be stupid for us to try and outbid Romanov as it would cut along way in to our budget. Also, he isn't that good a player anyway.
