Turnover of managers
It shows you how high the turnover is when you consider with Butcher leaving, only Jeffries beats Mowbray in terms of length of time at the one club in the SPL. Aberdeen, Dunfermline, Celtic, Dundee Utd, ICT, the pricks, the huns and Motherwell have all appointed new managers since Mowbray arrived.

Changed days when you consider that Eddie Turnbull was Hibs boss for 9 years, and Alex Miller 10 years. Football management is seen as a potentially lucarative career, and the good ones are always looking to move on after a few years. Don't see any problem with that myself.
