how strong is their relationship - if tm moves on as no doubt at some point he must, hopefully no for a couple of seasons would venus stay on as hibs manager, he is by no means an insignificant part of the managment team and who knows could be the next but one great hibs manager (tm to be the next great)

wondered about that myself. Some guys prefer to be the number 2 in the team. Keeps them slightly out the limelight and deflects any blame/pressure. Some of them end up wanting to be a manager in their own right but depends where they end up. Suppose they end up at Middlesboro or even a bigger team, Mark might decide he will get more English recognition down south. He does seem to be the guy who does the most shouting from the sideline though.

Mogga is on record as saying that he himself does all the Coaching. So Mogga is Head Coach and Manager.
Changed days from Boaby who did no Coaching.. When Mogga goes, i think it's a stick on Venus goes with him. |

could MV not see it as a perfect opportunity to kick start a succesful managerial career if he ever does decide to manage hibs when TM goes.

i think that big venus should stay even if mowbray decides to move on. He shows much more passion towards the game than mogga,
