Hibernian as a club is very different now. For one man holds in his mortal hands the power to abolish all forms of old firm dominance and dodgy refereeing decisions. And yet the same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought are still at issue around our great land - the belief that the rights of man come not from the generosity of the SFA, but from the hand of the Glasgow pretenders

we dare not forget today that we are the heirs of that first revolution. Let the word go forth from this time and place, to friend and foe alike, that the torch has been passed to a new generation of Hibbys - born with a gift only some of us are given, not tempered by dodgy west coast media, disciplined by a hard and bitter bile from the bigot brothers, proud of our ancient heritage - and unwilling to witness or permit the slow undoing of those beliefs to which this great team has always been committed, and to which we are committed to on this day at home and away on our travels.

Let every other fan know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support our team, oppose any foe, in order to assure that a new Hibs is rising like a phoenix from the ashes.

This much we pledge - and support ever more.

To those old derby foes whose cultural and spiritual origins we used to share, we laugh at your blind loyalty to your new east European friend. United, there is little we cannot do in football terms. Divided, there is little we like about you and from this day forward this will continue - for when a time in the near future you may disappear from the map through blind stupid arrogance.

To those new teams whom we welcome to our republic of the free, we pledge our word that one form of passion and belief shall not have passed away merely to be replaced by the old firm buying more dodgy foreigners We shall not always expect you to be supporting our team. But we shall always hope to find you strongly supporting our beliefs - and to remember that, in the past, those who foolishly sought damage limitation when visiting Glasgow, the day has come were our manager has lifted that fear.

To those fans in the towns and villages across our land struggling to break the bonds of old firm dependency, we pledge passion and football that was talked about in yesteryear our best efforts will be made to produce that style and flair to help bring back full house to the Leith San Siro on a weekly basis and bring back great European adventures to our great club.

To that man mad Vlad assembling his foreign duds across the city in Gorgieania. We don’t fear you. Actually in a funny way it’s nice having the circus in town all year round. That's fuckin bizzare I pm'd 1875 about something the other night and mentioned that I was on my second bottle o Organic Spanish gear at £5 a shot and he came back with glowing approval of Co-Op vino.

Fire intae the Chateau Brillette Cru Bourgeois Grand Vin De Bordeaux which I purchased on ma way home, after my work at ALDI Livingston. £9 but retailing at double the price.

There again ( as I slurp my second bottle) everything is relative my amigos fae Peterheid and Atlanta Georgia tell me that Tramp Juice has the same effect.
