I can remember a while back someone posted that Police advised all pubs round ER and PBS to close on Sunday. The Four in Hand is definately closed and I'm pretty sure the Albion Bar is too.

How thick are the f*cking polis. The more pubs around the grounds that are closed the more people will head into town. If all pubs round the grounds stay open Hibs fans will stay at ER and the yams at Tynie. The town is where all the trouble will be.

Totally agree...cant see all the pubs closing up town eh!!..poor move from the police..should leave local pubs open - cant see me goin down to gorgie after the game!!!!! thats if the pubowners are in agreement???

I am actually astounded that any businessman would adhere to this. Can you imagine how much money they will lose. As far as I am aware, its kenny McLeans' pub which are closing. It was also in the paper that Utopia is closing at 5pm.

Seems crazy to me.

Opened back up weeks ago

I went in the cabbage on Saturday just past , asked the barman if they'll be open this sunday and he told me that yesterday was their last day as they weren't making enough money! He says they were waiting for a new owner to buy it before re-opening

Yeah same with me but I feel the same as yourself. So many people are gonnae be going back to Leith and I can see some pubs having to stop people coming in! Be prepared to wait 10 mins on getting served
