If that happened then so be it.
I think Hibs would come out it well. The club will have proven they
are willing to let their young players move when a big club match
their valuation, and not stand in the way of a life changing
opportunity, therefore encouraging the youngsters at the club to
sign new, longer deals.
All this while still keeping Garry. Win/win

If you look up Swoosh is saying that its been announced on the radio that GOC has failed his medical.

Problem GOC might have here is that if he fails the medical then theres a chance other teams wont look at him on the basis he is not fully fit. Think I read on another post that the back injury is healing and he will be ok in a few months so fingers crossed for him, he must be gutted at failing (assuming the rumours to that effect are true).

Gotta feel for the guy. Bet he was getting all excited about all that cash (that is if real radio reported correctly).
But as a fan if the rumours are ture im glad we get to keep him for the semi!
