Besties funeral

I'm going to be struggling (but doing everything I can) to make it back from wedding trip hours away in the south, but I should be able to hook any visiting Hibbys up with any of the NI Hibs lads who are going.

The funeral is now being held on Saturday at Stormont (The NI parliament, when it's open for business

The service will be in the Great Hall and will be shown to thousands on big screens outside. I think the limit is 20,000 people at Stormont and many tens of thousands more will line the roads in East Belfast (the funeral will leave the Best family home in East Belfast and head along to Stormont, then to the cemetery).

There will be loads of live coverage on the likes of BBC News 24.

The choice of venue is an excellent idea - this way everyone in NI who wants to gets to say their goodbyes, and there's plenty of room for visiting Bestie fans too.
