You may remember me (Garry),you came into the irish bar on the wednesday afternoon in Dnipro.There were 5 of us sitting getting pissed,you joined us and iterpretated?to the 3 ukranian girls sitting with us.I still have the metal SKA ROSTOV badge you gave me.

We came from the 2nd division but have a proud history. So, as a newcomers, we will be ok with a mid-table, but to be honest we want more.

Yesterday was the last game of the season. What a great escape that was. WE played against Avangard Kursk at home and the standings before the game was

Metallurg won 1-0 at home and the deciding game of the season was SKA v Avangard. Ska should have won. Avangard settled for a draw to escape a relegation.

It was a rainy and windy afternoon, just 5C, 7,000 fans.

SKA Rostov was 2-0 up till 73th minute, but it was 2-2 just 5 minutes before the end. It was absolutey shock. But SKA scored the winning goal at the 87-th minute and after the final whistle it was some celebration with a pitch invasion. It was like we won a Champions League!
