FC Groningen...play offs yes or no?

Today the FCG played away to De Graafschap (nr 18 in the Dutch Premier League) and lost 1-0......fuc....
NEC-Zwolle: 0-0
Excelsior-Vitesse: 4-4

The final decisions will be made on the last day of the season.
This is how the table looks now after todays games:

The important games for us are:

FC Groningen-PSV
FC Zwolle-De Graafschap
Vitesse-Willem II
AZ-Excelsior

We need 1 or 3 points against PSV (thats a dream because PSV plays champs in Groningen).
De Graafschap must win or draw in Zwolle.
Willem II need to win for us at Vitesse.

Be with us in your heart and mind next thursday, please no play offs for the FC Groningen.......

Try not to worry too much Poll. Even though it does not look good, because de Graafschap is probably (a bit like FCG) not too good away from home....

A minor miralcle against PSV must be possible!!!!!!

Sterkte,
Doug

Bit late but I'll make a short summary of the final day of the competition.
The pre-match "activities" started as early as 13 ours before kick-off. Some 100 PSV Einhoven Hooligans paid a visit to the "drie gezusters" pub in the town center of Groningen. They provoked the Groningen hooligans and ik came to clashes between both groups and the police. The police tried to make up for a fault of the mayor of Groningen by firing teargass granates at the supporters as they sais. In fact they were firing shots all around with out knowing where to fire.
The mayor of Groningen declared this match to be no "high risk" game. Although the police from Einhoven, de supporters coordinator of PSV and Groningen advised him differently. There was no objection for the PSV supporters to buy tickets for the stands of Groningen supporters. Also because our chairman rather sold tickets to our guests. The hooligans of PSV were also allowed to use there tickets and went on attacked a stand with mostly Childeren and there parents. The police didn't act so supporters from the West stand came into action and setteled some scores with the PSV hooligans. Finally the riot police came and everything became more or less quite.
The match was over after 20 minutes when both teams decided that both would benefit with a goaless draw. PSv passed the ball to eachtother at the back and Groningen let them. The second halv not one fault was made by the teams. At one moment PSV had to make it a throw to allow subsitutes to happen.(who where waiting therefore for over 15 minutes).

After the match the goalless draw was celibrated as it was the championship for Groningen. Altogether it was a brilliant day with a happy ending. It would have been better without the riots, but shit happens.....

Wow!

A strange but finally happy day in Groningen. Pity about the crowd trouble. I could tell when I met you guys that you wouldn't be lying down to any visiting hooligans ;)

Fantastic end to the season for FCG, we were all delighted here at the Bounce.

Are any of the FCG guys planning a visit to Edinburgh

Like I said before, if there is somebody who is going to organize a trip to the Hibs like the same I do to the Villa, I will be in, but who is going to that?
Thats the question.
