Just shows you how 2 guys who played in the same Club side under the same Manager at the same time can have such completely different styles of Management themselves.

Sounds very similar to the Hibs situation to me, Ince seems to have a 'big personality' with experience and caps to back it up, how did the Hibs version end up again

Funnily enough, I seem to remember Ince riled up some of the Italian players when he was over there by strutting around showing off his torso in the tunnel.

That and telling them all to call him 'the Guv'nor'

Yup, IIRC for England and Man Utd Ince used to make a habit of intentionally not putting his jersey on until he was coming out the tunnel, so as to show off his 6-pack. What a tosser!
