I read JKB after the last one - one 'expert' suggested it was the Yams after the other company for money, imagine that

Sounds like the usual - Jambos avoiding paying until the very last possible minute. They force the other company into legal proceedings then pay at the last minute to avoid administration.
Shabby business practice, no doubt the norm in Lithuania. It makes them look like an even bigger bunch of arse-clowns IMO but it probably isn't anything too major.
