Re: Rage against the machine
Yeah they're good but i can't help but feel they're responsible for the death of Audioslave
(in a wierd incestuous kinda way) and i absolutely loved them

Re: Rage against the machine
Bampotto is very much a fan. I saw them years ago and they were brilliant. Looking forward to their new album. The first two albums are still, quite simply, two of the greatest metal albums ever.
Wasn't all that keen on Audioslave, I didn't think that Chris Cornell really fit in with the music. Saw them live twice too and the highlights of their sets always seemed to be the RATM songs and Black Hole Sun. I think it's about time we had a thread to see who the Bounce moshers are!! Are Celtic Frost still going??? |

Re: Rage against the machine
Rage are an awesome band, their eponymous debut album is one of the most influential rock albums ever IMO! I saw audioslave at T in the Park a few years ago and they were really good. Gutted I won't be able to see the real deal this year as I'm in Sweden the weekend TITP is on.

been listening to Evil Empire in the car this morning, fair gets you along the road in double quick time...... ![]() Audioslave were great too, their first album is a classic but then I did like Soundgarden. Was sad they split up but then we got Rage back. Celtic Frost I believe imploded again recently amidst bitterness and rancour (bit like a Hearts AGM). Always thought they were a cut above most of the other metal acts with their avant garde leanings. Would recommend Into The Pandemonium to any Bouncers who like their metal just a bit on the weird side.
