i just bought this

on 12" on ebay.

i was going to review this and it says i cant give a negitive review anymore.

i wasnt going to give one anyway but my point is, how do you know if your seller is good if you cant give bad reviews. i usually dont buy anything if the seller is below 98%, so how do i spot one now

I thought they had changed it so that "sellers" cant give reviews. That way it allows "buyers" to give an honest review instead of one out of fear of negative retaliation?

it came up in a warning, saying you cannot give negitive or neutral feedback

any buyer can give a seller any feedback they wish

but they ask to sort out problems first

sellers no longer can give any feedback except positive and 99% of sellers now don`t leave feedback unless they get a positive
