even i dismissed this as bollocks, but someone was assuring me int pub the other night, that in addition to the londoner, ken was circulating free copies of the morning star in parts of london, in some deal financed by hugo chavez.

surely this is rubbish?

The unemployed, etc.. are still getting the cut price travel. More's the pity.

i knew about the fuel deal and put this to the person who told me this story, but he was insistent. i shall advise him that he is indeed the fanny my initial impression indicated.
