I bought my we ne

a season tick for ER and now he is telling me that he does not want it and wants to start going to watch the YAMS...I dont know how to cope....

Do I kick his we head in and try to make him see sense....?

OR

Do I let him get on with it and hope that he sees sense....?

How old is he? If he's over six he must realise that hearts are pish, unless all his pals at school are yams.... He'll get over it.

He's maybe just going through a wee rebellious phase just now... why not try taking him to Swinecastle once and let him savour the (unsavoury) atmosphere and bile.... sure to put him off for life, especially if the Yams get gubbed!

That should work. Let him know of the current league positions, and the syndrome of wanting to support a winning team (the thing you have when you're that age) will kick in
