I have been led to believe he is actually quite a good football coach, completely inept as a tactician, worse as a Manager and an arse of a man with an enormous chip on his shoulder and a very sore bottom due to persistant reaming by a Lithuanian submariner but not a bad coach allegedly

It's not that which annoys me. I've made no secret that I want to be a coach/manager when I'm older, and the most important thing is that you are 100% focused on YOUR team, and don't worry about other sides near or around you. It comes across to me as he is more focused on Hibs, than the team he is meant to be focused on.
