Funny you mention that Col. Today at work the realisation dawned on me that most people are actually fat nowadays. The number of folk just carrying a tyre or two is tremendous. Then there are those waddlers who are grossly overweight. Quite a number of those now as well. I realised that I've slowly just got more and more used to seeing fat folk all around. I'm fairly sure it wasn't like that when I was an nipper.

Now I work in an office so that won't help but it really applies everywhere.

Check out town planners now trying to incorporate fitness into their designs:
