We need to draw a line under this now.
Moving forward, we should evaluate the feedback of all users ensuring everyone measures themselves using the correct performance indicators. Within these new parameters, a proposal where all parties concerned can reach consensus and become key links in the chain would be more rewarding and could unlock potential, crystallising the benefit for a tangible solution for all. Wthin this rigid framework, representations can then be brought forward and factored into future calculations as and when appropriate. With your co-operation and investment in energies, we can all pull in the same direction while staying focussed on the task in hand. I know you're with me on this one. I really appreciate your efforts to keep it simple here. The Boss.
