i've fancied a pair since burbank lilywhite brought em to my attention. it's not the 'fashion' ones i want btw but the work boots they make.

anyone know where stocks them or indeed stockists of work boots generally (being a soft handed office fop i wouldn't know y'see).

There's a store in Burbank down the road from the house. I'll pop in and see if they have any web information for direct stores rather than clearing houses.

i'd go n speak to pat fi xile he could point you in the right direction ..they used to stock them back in the day.

American shoes are good and they are a lot cheaper over there. I used to wear US Converse when I was a teen. They were great but they started making them in China and the quality went down the Swanee.

They don't appear to be a Red Wing stockist but from my experience of Workwear shops they usually have a big catalogue like the 'ARCO' book which you might find has said boots in it, available to order in.

Hewats on Forrest Row. They do Dickies workboots, v.g. quality.

Wisharts on St.Clair St., behind the FF at ER. They always have a range of workboots.

Machine Mart, 163 Piersfield Terrace, Edin. - always have loads of workwear / boots. Good prices.
