Government use gangsta cash for school footie
famous tartan army drunk and alleged Hibee Kenny MacAskill has announced over £2m investment in reviving school football and expanding "midnight league" diversionary 5 a side. All the money comes from bandits and gangsters. Good idea to give it back to the kids and great for grassroots football.
