Well I've been told today my a financial consultant at my work - cant say where sorry - but UKIO Bankas have asked the RBS for a loan which has been refused thus meaning they are close to administration which would also invlove the administration of that lot.

More likely the sound of the Guillotine dropping Al. I am not alone in hearing the information that administration is due to take place on the 18th of Jan although I have heard the 14th is more likely. Possibly neither is true but we can only hope.

We've heard these administration rumors before and all that's happened is Hearts have paid whatever bill at the last minute. This rumor has been doing the round for a few weeks now but I'm not convinced there's much behind it , although I hope there is. I think it gathers pace because people want to believe it so much - time will tell.

There seems to be some truth behind Ukio borrowing money, i saw a report that said they had borrowed $13million GBP (sorry no pound sign on my keyboard) from the Lithuanian national bank, which seemed like pocket change in banking terms

One thing is for absolutely 100% certain and I will eat my Hibs hat with if I am wrong. Romanov will not rebuild their main stand.

I'm pretty sure they'll end up in administration before long too but I don't think it's imminent.

I agree with this. Administration just is not going to happen. Its naive to think that Romanov would allow that amount of his debt to be run by independent administrators.

I would love to see him demolish their old stand, build a hotel, offices and conference centre as "phase 1" then bale out - but that's probably wishful thinking too.

I didn't hear that exactly but a mate of mine who works for RBS emailed me this morning that Romanov is going to sell the stadium and put the club into administration. Something is going on for sure.

Hearts will be:

• developing their stadium so they can stay at Tynecastle,
• bringing in Big money signings to win the SPL and the Champions league. they will use the revenue form the hotel, shops, and conference facilities attached to the stadium to fund their ambitious plans
• Romanov will invest heavily in the club that he obviously cares passionately about.

all of this making Heart of Midlothian the main force in Scottish football and a household name in Europe.
