College courses
After seeing my Mum geting her graduation at the grand old age of 47 and my flatmate studying photogrophy at 27 i relised it aint to late to learn.
What to study though To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 5 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. Don't want to study any old thing, need something that will keep me interested long enough to finish a course. The only thing that pops to mind is learning how to make computer games but where to start? What course? Anybody here know anything about it and can you help? |

You currently have 0 posts. This will depend on your IT skills and any previous programming experience, doesn't have to be official training just perhaps a keen interest. "C" is one of the main programming codes used and any Java skills(most of the bounce arcade games are a mix of "C" and Java) would also help you out, be warned it can be very dry and very boring doing "C" but it's probably the main language used in programming the big selling games

Re: College courses
Studying at the University of Abertay is your best bet. Top companies like Rockstar North employ directly from there. It has the best reputation of any University in Scotland and probably the UK for that sort of course.
If programming doesn't interest you, look at 3D animation.
