who would you play on Saturday to get us to Euro 2008? Some tough choices to make. Obviously Gordon & Ferguson will be there, and so will Brown, Weir, Hutton & McManus, but the rest? I'd go with:

I will have to put my trust in the WGJ to pick the right players, but here's something to consider when picking your selection:

Just read in the Gazetto dello Sport that Donadoni is going to go not just for a draw and will start with a 4-1-4-1 formation, changing to 4-3-3 if they have to attack in spells.

McLeish will go:

It' s a damn good team we've got there who are more than capable off beating Italy at Hampden.

McLeaish's game plan will be to try and contain Italy at the beginning, mainly by harrying and pressing them in midfield, hoping Miller's pace can get round the back of their defence. Fletcher and McCulloch will use the flanks to supply Miller - with Brown and Ferguson providing the bite and killer passes forward.

If its still 0-0 at halftime, or if Italy score first, then he'll pull off Fletcher or McCulloch (oo er) and bring on McFadden to rouse the crowd and then go for broke.

And we'll win 1-0. :YAYYY:
