The number of teams you can mange depends on your quota. Once you get to a certin skill rating your quota goes up. Also you can up your quota to the maximum by buying VIP status (not too dear) which also gives you over 20 other features. If all else fails ditch your .net team and come over to the light.

Actually its a Stirling Albion group for some bizarre reason. He posts on here as Mifthebino recruiting from time to time.
I'll either wait until I get an extra team, or maybe I'll buy VIP status.

Send me a PM mate and I'll see what I can do. Take a look at the prices for VIP membership though, it's good value and makes sure you get full quota.
