Re: Scotland v Italy

The whole thing is a farce Mark,Postal apps were asked if they wanted 2 tickets but Phone and net sales werenae.
If they'd asked everyone who applied at the time if they wanted 2 then they'd know exactly who wanted them and the ballot could've been done by now instead we've a situation where everyman and his dog can only phone one number in a weeks time hoping to get a ticket.

Do i give my number to 5 of my pals and hope 1 of them gets 1 or just 1

Re: Scotland v Italy

Why not just move the game to Muddayfield?? This shambles, following on from the Holland & England play off games shows that Scotland needs a bigger National Stadium.

Should be a public sale , first come first served to make it fair imo .
The s/t holders (travel club members) have their tickets why should one get another while someone else gets 2 ??

I agree D, but on the original application form it did stipulate that SSC members would be eligable for two tickets. They then changed their minds and limited it to one, due to the fact that they have sold extra corporate FFS, and that the left over would be entered into a ballot. They have now changed that again!!!

Much better to have limted it to one per member to begin with!!

I have been a member for almost 20 years and this is the first time that they have seriously fucked it up
Just like club fitba though people wnat to see a wining side(where were they all when we played the likes of San Marino on a wed night in front of 12000 or so?)

I kind of agree but these guys pay extra to follow Scotland, and I think do deserve some reward for doing so. I was a member for years, but had to give it up when the kids came along. Now the oldest begs to go to every one, what to do?

The frustrating thing is we could sell 100k for games now no problem. Ukraine would have and Italy defo would.

Still annoys the hell out of me that the auld boot Thatcher refused any funding for the Hampden redevelopment, especially when you look at Wembley and the Manchester stadium which were for the most part funded by Westminster. And they tell us we get all the money

Anyway I have my own ticket in the bag and will be phoning up for a second, no doubt with little success.
