Most painful yet!
Last night while playing 5's I was brought down and managed to drop all of my weight on to my left knee cap which subsequently dislodged before popping back in when I stood back up...now anyone who has met me through the bounce will know i'm not the lightest of lads so 17 1/2 stone going on to one knee is the worst pain I have ever experienced.

Had a problem with both knees my whole life and that exact thing happens a lot with me. That pain and feeling is something thats hard to describe
