McKay/Boumsong/Souness
Stevens report (finally) announcing dodgy transfers.
Newcastle and Bolton the main culprits with 1 of the dodgy deals involving the transfer of Boumsong to Newcastle from the huns. Hopefully this could see McKay struck off if found guilty of any wrongdoings. Chelsea, Portsmouth and Boro all involved in dodgy transfers aswell. Personally I think Chelsea should be shut down as a result of this.
