Invitation
Dear Colleague,

I would like to invite your team to our tournament on the above date. The festival will be run on a round robin, non competitive basis and it is currently proposed that each team will have a minimum of five, 15 minute games. Morning registration will be 9am for 9.30am kick-off, and afternoon registration will be 12:30pm for 1pm kick-off. We expect to finish at approximately 4:30pm. Each player will receive a medal for participation.
The cost is £30 per team with a maximum of 10 players per team. Cheques should be made payable to 'Caledonian Football Club'.
It is the responsibility of participating teams to ensure that appropriate approval from their football association is received prior to entering. It is also your Clubs responsibility to ensure that appropriate insurance is in place to protect your players and officials.

Please complete the attached application form and enclose your fee to arrive at at the address above by Saturday 14th July 2007. Entry is only confirmed on receipt of your cheque and application form. We operate a first come first served basis, so apply early to avoid disappointment.
