help needed with media player - HibeesBounce.com

Just noticed that when i try and watch video clips on line i can only hear the clips and not view them, i've tried uninstalling wmp 11 and then reinstalling, also tried real media player too but same thing happens, i can only listen to the video clips. any help would be appreciated, thanks

try downloading wmp service pack 2

,maybe that will help james
