West Ham fined £5.5m
The Hammers have not been docked points but have received a £5.5m fine
for playing Tevez and Mascherano. They defo need to stay in the premiership now!!!!!!!!!! |

seems harsh for West Ham seeing as the deal was basically done by two people, the chairman and managing director, who are no longer at the club.

And i'm wondering why Liverpool were then allowed to sign one of them on a free when surely the investigation was already underway, and play him in the CL when he'd already played for WH in european competition.
