-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hearts 1 Raith Rovers 2 Raith Rovers manager John McGlynn praised his players after they overcame a poor hearts side in this top of division 2 clash. In front of a crowd of just 3000 former Hearts player Jamie Mole scored twice in a game where the fifers could have run out winners by a clear 4 or 5 goals had it not been for the briliance of Jamie McDonald in the Hearts goal. Hearts head of sporting activities, Vladmir Haventacluis refused to speak to the media through his interpreter following the match, claiming that the sfl are out to get hearts for getting rid of all youth teams and having a squad of only eastern europeans. Hearts captain, Saulius Mikolaunias also refused to speak to the media, following his 4th sending off of the season, the 2nd time he has been dismissed for fighting with his own fans. 3 years ago, Hearts sat at the top of the SPL, looking down on all. This weekend they are 4 points adrift of McGlynns Raith team who look to be settling as a young vibrant team. The support has dwindled, the 11 Lithuanians on the park looked cold and uninterested. Meanwhile, at Peffermill in front of a crowd of 10,000, Real Maroon's captain, Steven Pressley scored his sides third goal in the east of scotland league, beating title rivals Edinburgh Uni 3 -0, the other goals were scored by Robbie Neilson with his 4th of the season and Andy Driver scoring after replacing the tiring Bruno Aguiar. It is remarkable that this team has agreed to play for expenses only in their bid to return to the SPL under ownership of the fans. Not only are Neilson and Hartley still regularly playing for Scotland but Craig Gordon turned down Arsenal and Man Utd to stay because of the support of the fans. In other news today, the New Town branch of Ukio Bankas has closed down following total disinterest from the capitals customers. Down in Leith John Collins has sacked his fourth hairdresser in as many months and is apparently facing a law suit after a car crashed when the driver was blinded by the sunlight reflecting off his painted smile. :YAYYY: :YAYYY: :YAYYY: :YAYYY: :YAYYY:
