Every team now and again gets lots of injuries, but why was he complaining so much after the Prague game? They have a squad of about 30 and then about another 20 in the youth team. What he is basically saying is that half the squad really shouldnt be there! Wonder who signed them then

Managers who constantly complain about injuries and referees decisions do so normally to cover up there own tactical inadequacies after a defeat. Bobby Williamson was a good case in point. Valdas knws the heat is on him, so is trying very hard to deflect attention away from himself.
His situation is somewhat unique in that he does not have overall authority on team matters, Romanov does. It is only a matter of time IMO that Valdas is hung out to dry. I don't think he is particularly good tactically, but the job he has is an impossible one.

We were totally scuppered towards the end of last season due to injury but you'll be hard pushed to find many quotes from Mowbray moaning about it. If (yawn) we'd had a full strength squad and a certain player had not left then we'd be Scottish Cup holders.
