Hearts Debt
I was arguing (discussing) with two huns tonight about hearts debts. They are both accountants so I probably didnt grasp the whole convesation.
Basically they were arguing that the yams dont have any actual debt becase the owner of Hearts is also the owner of the bank that holds the debt. My counter argument was that if there was no debt why were the yams paying interest to UKIO. One other interesting point, for me at least, that one of them made was that UKIO also hold the registrations of Gordon, Pressley and Hartley. Dont know if this is correct but if it is I reckon the yams are even more fecked than I first thought. If there are any accountants out there can you please explain to me why the yams have no actual debt.

I don't know how you found yourself to be talking about anything with Huns. In any event the Gunts have debt and they're fecked. After tonight, they will be even more fecked. Mad Vlad will shortly lose interest and walk away screaming the refs had it in for him, the media had it in for him, Scotland never understood him etc. When that happens the Gunts will find out the true meaning of what "fecked" really is as they hang around Tynie weaping and wailing with tears in their eyes wearing their "I believe" T-Shirts as the bulldozers make their way to the centre circle.

chap i know(an accountant) says yams are running over 1000% over budget per week but many off the salaries are being paid by madvlad,same as everyone else bank want money back something has to give,its so funny it hurts,cant be long till toys out pram and the child loses intrest with its toy,7 or 8 back to kaunas,rest sold me thinks.

Actually the Mad Vlad man owns shares in UKIO Bankas, which in turn owns UBIG the investment group which owns Hearts.
According to their website, 21.64% of their shares are owned by foreign investors and the rest by 'local invvestors'. Vlad is down as owning 19.43%, UBIG owns 9.99% of the bank (which owns it? hmm...) and there are a couple of other associated companies which own around 8-9% each and two other shareholders (including Skandia Enskilda Banken - a swedish bank) which owns around 7% each. Actually.... reading the website and trying to find out more about UBIG, I've found the following interesting comment ... 'In all other companies a part of shares is less than 10 per cent. Within the group of companies the highest part of shares, i.e. 9.97 per cent is owned by the bank in Investment Company UAB "Ūkio banko investicinė grupė" and Balkan Investment bank AD. This year a part of shares in "Ūkio banko investicinė grupė" and Balkan Investment bank AD has been withdrawn by the bank, and this part has been sold profitably. According to Edita Navickaite, Board’s Chairwoman of Ūkio bankas, at present the bank has been focusing on financial services for small and medium business, expanding the range of banking services for private persons, and proceeding to improve the Internet banking products.'
