Read in Scotsman today.they are planning to have a hall of fame. Names nominated so faR(Amongst others)------ Robbie Nielsen,Pressley,Mackay, hoofers to a man. No mention of Gordon Smith or Willie Hamilton. Doesnt that just sum them up perfectly.

I'm sure they will have Ernie Winchester and Drew Busby in there along with Sandy Clarke - as those are the type of players the yams get excited about

Re: hearts hall of fame

Can anyone mind of the poster given away a few years ago with the Evening News? It was a legends poster with the first 11 since 1945 of both Hibs & Hearts. The Hibs one was stuffed with the Famous 5, side of the 70s, Sauzee, Goram, and Baker. No place for the likes of John Collins, Tommy Younger, Bobby Johnstone, or George Best. The Hearts one meanwhile had such luminaries as Gary Naysmith, Gary Mackay, Steven Pressley, and, my particular favourite, Walter Kidd

Davy is on the way to a first team debut
Re: hearts hall of fame

Im not convinced that Hibs always get a raw deal in the EEN, however Im willing to be proved wrong if people keep note of the articles over the next few weeks and balance out the good and bad coverage it gives to both teams.

Re: hearts hall of fame

The EEN is ok,the Scotsman has more about Hearts than the Hearts programme. Stuart Bathgate is a yam and doesnt it show.
